Carson & Co was established in 1992 shortly after Matthew Carson completed his MBA at the University of Auckland Graduate School of Business.
The vision was, and remains, to create a practice with a culture that effectively identifies, and therefore meets, the legal needs of both business and private clients.

What makes Carson & Co Law different from other law firms? The philosophy behind the practice is a belief in the importance of effective outcomes for our clients rather than process. This is achieved by focusing on the realisation of our client's objectives in a commercial manner utilising legal processes as a tool rather than as a solution.
